Superb Location with rooms looking directly into the Grand Place. Comfortable Clean Accommodation with friendly welcoming and attentive staff. Lauir was particularly helpful and accommodating and made a real effort to welcome us and make our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend this superb hotel.

Our room overlooked the Grand Place which remained quite lively throughout the night. We closed the double glazing to eliminate the noise.
The hotel receptionist Lauer was very friendly and helpful, recommending places for us to visit in his city.
We rode the city's Villo bikes out to the Atomium.
Breakfast was in a cafe across the square, it wasn't very clear how much breakfast was part of the deal. But it was fine.

So central and close to everything

The location was fantastic and it included breakfast.
The property needs some repairs, paint is peeling, there is no light over the mirror. Some panes of glass were broken in the historic windows. Not sure if these can be repaired.
Obviously there is noise when you’re in the city centre what I didn’t expect was the noise from upstairs, chairs scraping and stomping late at night.
Shower over a deep bath can be slippery and difficult especially with a bidet taking up most of the available space.
