Great place to stay when visiting north Wales. The spa is a great addition and the restaurant in the hotel is amazing. Wished we could have stayed longer!
Some rooms are hard to reach and there are no lifts. If you have heavy bags, you might want to request one of the accessible rooms. Location is also a little far from town centres to eat if you don't have a car or find yourself last minute needing a restaurant or some necessities.

Room, service and food. Met all expectations.
Unfortunately couldn't access parking area due to damaged barrier rail and had to return to main road to other access. No fault of hotel though.

First time at Kinmel & happy with our stay. The lounge bar area was tasteful & comfortable. Our room was of a good standard & the bathroom was nice. We visited the spa which was lovely. The sauna & steam room are excellent. There is a lovely hydrotherapy pool to relax in.
Personally, I found the mattress too hard for me. Nothing else

Badezimmer ziemlich reparaturbedürftig, Schimmel und wackelige Kacheln, verkalkte Armaturen.
Frühstücksangebot zum Weinen.
Kaffeeautomat defekt ohne Aussicht auf Instandsetzung.
Fehlalarm in der Nacht ohne Aufklärung oder Entwarnung durch das Personal.
Insgesamt enttäuschend.
