Village Hotel Farnborough

Blue was amazing! Outstanding customer service. Food was good, Harry was great in the bar/ restaurant. Had assistance with my baby and bags. Handy having a starbucks and swimming pool which we loved. Nice shampoo in bathroom. Loved the bed. Clean and comfortable - house keeping quickly sorted out the first cot that was broken. Appreciated the cups in the room for water from the tap. Appreciated 11am check out time and easy check in system.

Room 129 - channel 1 no volume. Bathroom tap weird - not clear what was hot/ cold. Shower - water could have been hotter. Toilet - weak flush. The QR code to chat with a chat bot worked well but would have preferred a number to call reception direct. Would have liked a bath in the room. Paying to park - expensive. £2 burger deal is a bit misleading with french fries and drink are expensive. Could have done with parent/ baby parking - bigger spaces by the door. Horrible walking through groups of people smoking just outside the door. Could hear people talking in the corridor.

Vibrant and clean Lovely modern rooms of good size Comfy beds Lovely bathroom

As there was 3 of us in our room we could have done with more than 2 cups and a few more teabags

Very good location and friendly staff.

Nothing, room was quiet and comfortable.

Pub and grill fine. Room functional.

Massive amount of construction wok being done. Workmen walking outside bedroom window. Had to have blind closed during stay. No warning about this when booking. Booked 2 rooms asked for them to be closed to one another. One on 1st floor one on 4th floor.
