Aviator Hampshire

You can see the staff are trained to the highest level. The food is incredible the rooms are a high standard. The welcome you receive every time you arrive is wonderful.

Room was absolutely fantastic. Loved the cafetiere in the room with ground coffee. Absolutely superb. Highly recommended

Nothing all fantastic

Fab location for airport site conferences (you walk straight through a gate next to the hotel), and one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve seen.

I booked a twin room for my teenage son and I, but on arrival we were given a double, and I have to say the mattress looked very small for two people even if they were a couple. Eventually after complaining they swapped it for a king size double but said they had no twin rooms available. I booked the twin many months in advance so am curious who got given the room I’d booked. For this price I should have got the room I’d booked, or a proper apology and partial refund, not just here’s a king size double be grateful. The staff were extremely polite but if I book a twin room there’s a reason for that: my teen son and I didn’t want to share a bed. Also the wedding there kind of dominated the hotel vibe.

The food was exemplary however their service was intermittent...the terrace for drinks was beautiful. The room had air con and the bed was really comfortable...the room was very spacious

Service was slow and had to ask for drinks menu and then a drink and then still got forgotten Room was not as clean as it should be and on the Friday they had removed the conditioner from the shower?..room servicing was inconsistent and not thorough..when you are paying over £300 a night that is unacceptable
