Too long to check in. Only 1 person behind the counter and 5 or 6 people waiting. Took me 30 min to check in

Very centrally located, comfortable room, choice of pillows.

Room was a little small, but as I was on my own it didn’t matter.

Would like USB charging points in the room

We had some problems checking in and the Manager was exceptionally good at resolving a difficult situation. The bedroom was a good size and comfortable and the location was great

Bathroom was too small

the location was good. facilities were nice. spa area was nice. rooms seem outdated

the roadworks that went all night right outside the hotel in our last night were unbearable and we nearly slept. it was so disappointing when we weren’t advised and we’re so tired when having to get a long flight home the next day. didn’t get the room with a spa bath as requested for my husbands back issues, but room was very nice and spacious

It felt like they were short staffed, room service meals were not up to par with their rating. The place felt 'old and tired' but still nice, nothing to get excited about though.

This hotel didn't get my deposit back, so watch out. I contacted them over the phone, emailed them and followed up with another email. No one ever got back to me. I'm thinking of taking them to consumer affair

Bed - The bed was on a lean? I could actually roll down towards my partner. Not sure if the springs were broken or it was just incredibly lumpy. Not something you want from a 4 star hotel! Bath - The "spa" bath was just a shower/bath combo with old decaying jets. Not appealing at all. Check In - I called a few hours ahead of my flight to say my partner was going to be checking in before me as I am the name on the booking. Reception put me through to the front desk which went to voicemail. I left a detailed message saying to call me back if there were any issues and didn't hear anything. When my partner arrived they said he couldn't check in so he had to wait an hour and a half before I was off my flight to call me to get permission for him to check in. Not as advertised - the pictures online are much nicer than the room is in reality. The gold furnishings were old and worn, the shower/bath had a stain in it and there was not dishwasher as advertised (just an empty spot).

great location. Big rooms

In need of refurb. Gold fittings were worn through to stainless steel underneath. 5 star but no coffee machine in kitchenette. dining room had the feeling of a mine-site canteen

My son went to his first concert at Rod Laver, so your hotel was the perfect location.

We couldnt find anything to complain about. We will be booking another room for the next concert booked in june.
