The property was exceptional. Beautiful building, clean rooms, air conditioning was fantastic! So many options of where to dine. Loved our stay!

The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering an impressive variety of cuisines to suit every taste. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the resort itself boasts stunning scenery and beautifully maintained gardens.

I expected much more from this hotel. I was expecting a luxurious and very clean environment, but unfortunately, that was not my experience at all.
I booked an Ocean View Tower Cliff room, but the room we were given had a construction view and was extremely noisy. When I called reception, I was told there was no availability to change rooms and that we would have to wait until the next day.
We were travelling with our two-year-old son, who already struggles with sleeping in unfamiliar places. He was very scared by the loud construction noises and could hardly sleep. As a result, I had to unpack everything and then pack it all again the next day to move rooms. Instead, the hotel offered us three free snacks and coffee, which did not feel like an appropriate solution considering the situation.
The sofa in the room was very old, dirty and heavily stained, which made me question the overall cleanliness of the room.
The laundry prices were ridiculously high. We could have our laundry done outside the hotel for around 10% of the price they charged.
The prices for food and drinks were also extremely high — at least double what we paid at good restaurants nearby — and then there was an additional 25% surcharge on top of that.
The kids’ playground was another major disappointment. There were several broken and dirty pieces of equipment. On the day we arrived, they had removed the trampoline because someone had jumped on it and it broke, and I was told that the child had been injured.
The rope climbing frame also had several ripped and damaged ropes, which did not feel safe for children. The toy section was very limited as well and did not meet my expectations for a family resort. Considering how affordable things can be in Bali, I believe the playground could easily be renovated and upgraded with safer equipment and more toys.
There were, however, some very positive things.
