the friendly staff and the location !

comfortable but soft bed. spacious room but lacking wardrobe space for more than a few days. bathroom clean and adequate. staff very friendly and professional. chef and dining room staff excellent service and breakfast food excellent quality.

my room was on the road and it was a very busy road which made getting a good nights sleep impossible. hotel was full and guests in room above noisy and crashing doors kept me awake. if you go to bed early for a 5am start for a day trip you can’t sleep until later.

So glad we stayed here! Our room was huge (king suite), bed was super comfortable, facilities were amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The daily canopes were nice touch and the included breakfast options were great. Location is perfect, walking distance from all the main areas, restaurants, shops, tour operators. Hope to stay here again!

The only downside is that there's not enough in-house parking if all rooms are booked, but on street parking is available. But it's honestly hard to find a negative about this hotel.

Wonderful, beautiful room, great bed. Perfect location, walkable everywhere. Cam at the front desk was incredibly helpful and sweet. Nice reception in the lobby, excellent breakfast!

Not one thing!

The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, breakfast was delicious, and the bed was comfy. And the skylight in the shower was a great touch - showering under the stars, but inside? Yes, please.

The drinks hour was great, but they didn't have enough canapés! The pictures suggest many many canapé options, but really they only have maybe three trays.

Our “Gondola room” was quite noisy as it was adjacent to a busy vehicular and pedestrian road. If you are a light sleeper ensure you have a room away from the road facing the park

Breakfast and location we're great! Staff were efficient, friendly and get.

Very friendly and efficient staff (especially Lucretia). The afternoon cocktail hour was very pleasant.

The showers were very difficult to operate and the glass wall around the toilet/bathroom was …… well, strange. Charging extra for cappucinos at breakfast was petty.

quite expensive and my room had electrical problems and would have not power when the there was a trip of the circuit breaker. very frustrating as it happened several times and I could not charge my phone.

Location, style and the facilities in the room were amazing. Breakfast tasted great.

Car park doesn't have a space for every room in the hotel and there is no elevator to the second floor where some of the rooms are located.

With so much accomm choices in Queenstown I settled on QPBH and so very pleased I did. Service was on-point for our 3-night stay. Nothing was too much trouble including assistance with hiring e-bikes and parking of our vehicle. Being greeted by your first name at breakfast blew me away and all staff were exceptional. The bathroom was next level with a glass ceiling and a novelty to watch the paragliders whilst showering! Thanks QPBH

the Wi-Fi was terrible. it was so slow that I couldn’t even open emails.

Great location. Everything about the hotel is exceptional. Quality of facility, rooms, service, breakfast, cleanliness, all very good. Loved the complimentary cocktail hour every evening, great way to meet fellow guests over canapes and a glass (or two) of wine. The hotel is not cheap, but it is very good value!

From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with kindness from all the staff. :) Lovely room and facilities Plus the canapé&drinks in the evening is great to meet others and socialise :) We loved our stay thanks team!

The bed was a bit soft for our liking but everything else was great :)

Staff were fantastic, breakfast lovely and the canapes & drinks every night were both fantastic and a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow guests from around the world. It has a perfect location being about 500 metres from one of the main shopping/entertainment streets. The room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed.

The most expensive rooms do not have elevator access but are reached via a steep narrow stairway making it very difficult to take luggage up or down. And as 5 star hotel it has the cheapest, nastiest toilet paper?
