Beautiful property, wonderful breakfast

20 min walk to the beach/natural pools 90% seniors, I really stood out and felt out of place

Amazing!!! I felt like a princess the entire stay. The staff was wonderful, kind and attentive. The room was beautiful, clean and you wouldn’t have known there were bustling streets right under our window. Absolutely great location and was able To walk to all the great restaurants, bars and shopping. Hope I can make it back again!!!

Now I will compare all My hotels to this beautiful one. Haha

I contacted the hotel more than a week before arrival and requested a walk in shower as I am disabled. I was allocated a room with shower over bath and I requested a change to a walk in shower option. Reception told me there was no availability at my standard, room with sea view, for a further 5 days. They didn't address why they had ignored my advance request. I said I would contact the General Manager myself to address this and they insisted they would deal with it. I raised with Booking.com. Three days later, after my chasing up every day, they offered me a Superior Room with walk in shower. I had to pay an extra "discounted" rate of 25 euros per night. I reluctantly agreed. They should have offered a free upgrade at the outset as it was their mistake not to allocate a walk in shower room.
