Location superb 👌 All the staff were all so friendly and helpful 🫶 Breakfast buffet was delicious 😋 Bedroom was great, really clean, a good size, and really comfortable 😀

My only little quip is that the bedroom window didn't open, even a little to let fresh air in.

No twin rooms/twin room us basically a double bed. So in order to not share a bed with my adult daughter I had to book a family room which was 2 double beds and cost a crazy amount

1. На ресепшені дівчина Юля була дуже уважною, у всьому намагалася допомогти і відповідала на всі наші запитання, говорила українською і російскою мовами. 2. Обслуговування у барі. Уважний та люб'язний персонал. 3. Розташування готелю прекрасне.

1. У моїй кімнаті перші два дні не працювало опалення. Я щодня звертався на ресепшин із цим питанням, але мені казали "Вибачте, але на жаль це питання ми вирішити не можемо, готель переповнений". Я сплатив заздалегідь всю суму за проживання через систему https://booking.com/ і розраховував на те, що сервіс готелю буде відповідати заявленим 4-м зіркам, але це виявилося не так і моїй родині довелося спати перші дві ночі у вуличних куртках шапках (фото додаю). Я був із дружиною та двома дітьми і мені навіть не надали ні обігрівача ні іншої допомоги. Я написав письмову скаргу в booking.com та готелю з вимогою надати мені інший, теплий номер і повернути гроші за проживання тих ночей, які були жахливі. Я також попросив контакт головного менеджера готелю або його власника, тому що ніхто не міг вирішити моє питання. Я також попросив надати мені контакти контролюючих організацій та організацій захисту прав споживача Великобританії щоб написати скаргу на готель. На наступний день (третій день проживання) ресепшн запропонував мені інший номер і пообіцяв повернути 50 відсотків вартості проживання за ті жахливі ночі. Я Виселився з родиною 5 грудня 2023 року але до сих пір не отримав жодної коспенсації. 2. Постійно в коридорі готелю на підлозі стояв брудний посуд з їжею і стакани, що навіть іноді треба було їх обходити, щоб пройти до свого номеру. 3. В СПА не дуже чисто. Присутня пліснява і бруд. Також СПА працює не тільки для мешканців готелю, а відкритий для інших відвідувачів, тому там багато людей. 4. Ванна кімната в готелі була з тріснутою плиткою на підлозі. Особливо здивував душ, що був у вигляді маленької лійчки під яку треба було підлізти, щоб помитись. Люди з великими габаритами і середньої комплекції будуть відчувати себе дуже не зручно у процесі прийняття душу, якщо взагалі зможуть це зробити. 5. Ми виселялись 5.12.2023 року о 6.30 ранку, взяли сніданок з собою, фрукти були пропавшими, скисли.

We enjoyed a lovely evening meal with a bottle of wine which was excellent value! Breakfast was also exceptional with a fantastic choice croissants fruit and full English fruit juice and coffee In both cases staff very polite and helpful!

We went here for a Christmas party night, booked a few rooms too. We had a great time, the staff were friendly and helpful, they looked after us so well and really made the stay and the party fun for everyone.

You know what you’re getting with Crowne Plaza, it’s great value and a great end product, it never fails to deliver, especially for business travel.

In the last 3 visit to the Hotel we’ve had a bad experience mainly the beds were very uncomfortable we had to change 3 rooms to get a decent bed. I don’t think I will be visiting crown any more also went for breay@9:30am and they said there out of most of the food which was unexceptable

Parking

The hotel was beautiful. The room was perfect. Staff were amazing.

I was supposed to be charged £36 for the car park but £360 was charged instead. This is no slur on the hotel as the mistake was rectified straight away and the staff were very apologetic. It’s not a dislike, merely a statement of fact. A complimentary breakfast was given as an apology, which was very thoughtful.

All round a very good end to end experience

Quiet comfy room. Two large beds. All staff helpful. Spa was a great extra after walking around the city. In a great location for getting around the city. Metro just up the road. Lots of restaurants close by

Friendly helpful staff, very clean and comfortable hotel, close enough to walk along the waterfront and across to Liverpool cruise terminal. Excellent restaurant in the hotel with delicious food.

A bit of a limited choice food wise if you have food allergies like a garlic and onion allergy but the chef adapted something on the menu for us and we still had a delicious meal without the sauce thanks so much to the brilliant chef.
