It was clean and in the centre of town

Instructions for finding and using the underground car park were confusing and unclear. The shower had a miserable flow and no shower gel or soap provided.

I went to run the trier half marathon which coincided with the stadtfestival. The street was very loud but thankfully our room had an ac and we could shut the windows and sleep like a baby. The staff spoke English, was very accommodating, and let us check out late. Room was clean and comfortable for a one night stay.

The hotel location is great and walking distance from everywhere. Breakfast was very nice, beds comfortable and staff friendly and helpful.

The room is clean and comfy. The location is also conveninet to the central area.

The shower's door is actually not easy to close up. It seems a little bit out of the track, can't not close it up smoothly.

Room was clean and hotel was located close to city center. Facilities and breakfast was good. Parking garage was perfectly located just under the hotel.

SO MUCH NOISE. Door to reception banging shut everytime another drunk guest got home. Lots of drunk guest coming home and being noisy in the hallways. Kept us awake a lot during the night.

Really in the middle of the city centre.

It wasn't that cheap, but that's to be expected for a last minute booking for a Saturday night in a long holiday weekend.

Check in and kindness of personnel. Room was large, clean and fully equipped. Location is perfect to go down town and visit the city. Great experience

The location was amazing but I wasn't able to sleep on both nights. I could hear folks screaming outside as they were inside the room.. it's great for young people who want to party all night :-) but overall a nice hotel with a great location.

The hotel is is in a fantastic location just a couple of minutes walk from Trier's main square. The staff at reception were super friendly, the room was basic but extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and the location is very quiet. I'd definitely stay there again.

My travelling companion had a sore leg and the lift didn't go to our floor so she had to walk up the stairs. It wasn't an issue as it was only a sore leg but anyone with a disability might have struggled.

Charge for breakfast. Walk around corner to get a great breakfast at a lower price. Parking spot pretty small.
