Location is perfect. Nice view of the lake. Clean. Co-operative staff. Available parking.

Despite the towels are clean, but they should change them to new towels. The hotel furniture and decor is a bit old. But the stay was very good.

Excellent accueil de tout le personnel vraiment dévoué, superbe vue depuis notre chambre spacieuse, très bon emplacement sur la corniche de Sharjah, 2 piscines agréables, parking gratuit en sous-sol. Bémol, hôtel un peu vieillot et odeur de tabac dans notre chambre. Bilan : très bon rapport qualité-prix tenant compte des atouts cités plus haut, Nous recommandons

I stayed 2 nights and reserved 2 rooms and one of them (room 1517 ) has a problem in AC . I didn't have a chance to till the hotel staff about it. Thug I booked the hotel more than two weeks before my travel, the reception lady took quite long time to prepare the card keys and do the routine procedure. The parking, view, and other things are all V. good. Thanks.

The property is a little expensive with the room types they are offering. Moreover you get the old rustic feeling in the rooms with a peculiar smell.

I don’t, I have handover my cars to valet parking and once I leave the hotel they was looking for the gay to take our key to bring our cars, we was waiting long time when I asked for a manager he asked me to take me car by myself. then he took my in staff elevator where they used for food and other back office stuff to basement and take us around looking for our cars. this is was wasted time and bad service we had.

they are not ready for customers

Guest rooms are fine. Reception staff was well behaved. Specially Nokesh and Reheem deals us well

Breakfast was poor and not properly cooked.

Location, lobby, elevators, room was excellent.

Food was a la Carter, the waitress could not communicate well for ordering, consequently delivered breakfast not exactly as ordered. I before booking thru booking dot.com, I tried to book by calling them myself, but nobody answered the phone , although I tried twice, because I already had hotel's booking phone number from previou stay, they had a different name. I complained to them when I arrived, the phone number that I dialled was correct.
