Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa

Lovely grounds and easy to find! We had the braised beef for dinner which was incredible!

When we first arrived, the receptionist was chatting with another member of staff, we had to interrupt to get checked in. Although the dinner was lovely, the dessert let it down. I had the brownie which tasted as though it had been defrosted in the microwave and was more of a cake. My partner has the cheese cake which was slightly warm and looked as though it had been cut in half from another piece. Our room seemed very basic in comparison to the pictures and there were nail/screw holes on the bathroom & room door frames which let the appearance down.

Good soundproofing! A wedding was on over the same weekend and as guests of the hotel you wouldn’t have known, very quiet in the rooms

Staff in the restaurant were generally helpful but service standards were a bit mixed.

The place is in a lively peaceful location and everywhere was so clean and beautifully decorated. Good choice of breakfast...was delicious! Added benefit of lovely spa facilities

Leaving!😁

Staff were lovely. Location great. Parking good. Spa amazing!!!

Towels were dirty in our room, hair left in the bath, had to clean it before use
