Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Spa facilities were lovely, and a bonus we could use those from 2pm on check-in day. Very friendly and helpful staff.
No air con in the room, which was just about OK when we were there however it could be quite warm on a really hot day!

Great facilities, nice food
We had a room on the front of the hotel which was noisy with the windows open as the road is nearby

Good parking, rooms were good size and modern. Got a bed set up for my little one. Check in and check out was easy and simple.
They could have a lift for heavy luggage and prom. Stairs were manageable

Good location, easy free parking, clean facilities and well maintained.
Emailed several times before arrival with a query and only got a response the day I was due to arrive.
Jacuzzi’s not all working in pool.
Charge extra for room service even though you have to go to bar to place order.
