Imperial Hotel

After having such a wonderful stay here last year, we booked again and were not disappointed. The staff, some of which we recognised from June 2025, were so polite and welcoming even to our little dog. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable with everything that we needed. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening, where our dog was also welcome, and the food was exquisite. My husband was so impressed with the malt vinegar jam on his fish. Breakfast was also good, such a huge variety of cereals, fruit juices, porridge. Then you get to chose your cooked breakfast, I had Eggs Royale one day and scrambled eggs the next whilst my hubby had Imperial full breakfast. They even offered a sausage for my dog. I also had a warm croissant. We will definitely be back again next year

Good position

We went to check in and there was a very rude women on reception, she was not helpful at all, we booked a twin room and we got a double, which was rectified but we had to wait, the breakfast was not as good, normally juice, tea/coffee ext is brought to the table but now it’s help yourself, the cooked breakfast itself was lukewarm

Great choice everyday great service and filled us up for the day very contented. Fabulous Sunday roast being my husbands favourite meal
