The staff (everyone from receptionist, manager, cleaning staff were amazing. So friendly helpful and cheerful. Well done all you are a great team. Breakfast was fantastic, we all really enjoyed it, and the waiting staff were delightful. Thank you all and to the chef.
Would not say I did not like but did mention to staff that a step leading up to Room 30 is not very well lit and my father (he is unsteady on his feet) did fall down. But this is not a complaint just an observation to maybe put a sign or something for people to be aware there is a step as I realise that this cannot be removed.

Friendly staff and owners and great full English breakfast.
Owners were accommodating for us to have breakfast early on the Sunday.

MEALS: The Breakfast was enjoyable in terms of food quality.
LOCATION: The hotel was relatively close to the town and on the Promenade.
BAR: The staff were nice and selection of drinks was average to good.
BREAKFAST: While the food quality was good residents should be allowed to have self-service rather than everything being brought to you.
ROOMS: While the bed was relatively comfy, the heater did not work and room rather compact. TV did not work fully: Some channels did not come through.
VALUE FOR MONEY: I would have expected a bigger room and greater selection on the dinner menu.
