Well-equipped apartment in a quite area but well situated with different restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Friendly staff that answered to all our questions. Excellent location for families.

The room was clean, beds comfy and the bathroom was a nice size. The only thing that I can complain about is the room was a bit stuffy.

Booked through booking. Com to a room that wasn’t even available. It was under construction. The girl behind the desk, Alina, did everything she could to find us a room. This hotel was more expensive… but the hotel covered the extra cost of the other hotel over what booking was charging

Requested a twin room twice by email. On arrival this was confirmed. We left our luggage and returned later to check in. Upon requesting our room key we were informed that we had been upgraded to a larger room with a double bed and sofa bed. We decided to check it out but confirmed our suspicions that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable with a thin lumpy mattress. The hotel staff explained they could not swap us to the original twin room as it had faulty air conditioning. We had no choice but to accept the room given. Staying in London is a treat and I don’t want to pay to stay on a sofa bed.

The location was absolutely perfect for the Royal Albert Hall, just a 10 minute walk away. The room was great, nice bathroom and very comfy bed. Little kitchen great for food and fridge. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Tea, coffee and water in reception.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The room was not tidied & cleaned during my stay. The bottles of water were not replaced. No decaf tea/coffee was available. You needed the knack/strong fingers to flush the toilet.

We stayed here for one night whilst we went to a Sunday evening event at the Albert Hall, and stayed in a studio apartment. Hotel is in great location; 10 mins walk from the Albert Hall and located in a area with lots of mini markets, cafes and restaurants. Accommodation was just what we needed and staff were very helpful.
