An der Sauberkeit und Ordnung der Zimmer ist nichts auszusetzen! Kompliment an die freundlichen Zimmermädchen!

Das Hotelpersonal war unfreundlich, anfangs nicht hilfsbereit und teilweise auch sehr arrogant. Bei den Zimmern die wir zuerst bezogen haben, gab es kein fliessend Wasser. Der Safe liess sich nicht öffnen. Die Bar war zwar geöffnet aber aus Mangel an Personal, musste der Barman zwischen Restaurant und Bar switchen, weshalb wir 30 Minuten an der Bar warten mussten.

Para ser un paquete romántico lo único que nos pusieron fueron unos corazones en la mesa de la cena y una velita cutre. Nada más, ni flores, ni bombones, ni cava (espumante) ni nada de nada en la habitación. Nos pusieron una par de chupitos (mini copitas) de Oporto en el bar. No me había fijado pero en la confirmación de la reserva ya ponía que ese era el contenido. Por lo visto el otro paquete romántico que va sin la cena es más bonito y más barato también.

Spa. Pequeno-almoço delicioso. Localização do hotel. Vista do quarto para a praia.

Quarto muito quente. Sem ar condicionado. Tivemos de dormir com a janela aberta, ao menos adormeci com o barulho do mar. Até foi relaxante.

While it is a big hotel it is very quiet and relaxing. The pool area is spacious and there are plenty sun loungers.. Proxmity to the beach is a bonus. Peaceful & quiet if that's what you're after

The bar lacked any atmosphere. The breakfast was repetitive...a variety of fruit and hot choice would have been a treat.

Great location just behind the beach with private pool gardens and parking. We'll run, clean & efficient. Just as it appears. Sea view rooms have a great outlook. Huge buffets for breakfast & dinner, not sure about a la carte.

So many bus parties overnight there, get your timing wrong and breakfast or dinner can be an ordeal.

The location, the room with sea view and the outdoors swimming pool are our preferences in this hotel.

The hotel is losing the feeling or atmosphere of an pleasant hotel to stay. Most of the rooms are being sold to big groups of elder tourists that arrive at the end of the day just to stay overnight. So the breakfast feels like a kind of full big crowded canteen and then the rest of the day it feels like a ghost hotel. Contact with front desk is cold and distant. We always like to stay here for some days 1 or 2 times a year but it is a pity that it is loosing quality and becoming more impersonal.
