The breakfast was excellent; we enjoyed our swim in the pool. The staff were very welcoming.
The whole car-parking thing worked quite well in the end but if we had visited at a busier time, I wonder if we would have been successful in finding a hotel spot in the car park?

•Location for walking around Dublin is great!
•The river view is awesome!
•As a final night in Ireland before flying home, it is a fantastic location that makes getting to the airport easy.
•The staff is so friendly & helpful every time we come.
•The bed is very comfortable with two types of pillow options.
Can’t say anything bad about it.

Really happy with the room, it was a great size, there were loads of sockets and USB points , it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. loved that the airport bus stopped right outside the hotel. Great location.
The price! It was pretty expensive, but then I think that is the norm for this area

Beautiful layout. Extremely clean. Great facilities in the room and in the health club.
Absolutely ridiculously ripped off. I booked my stay months in advance and your company went out of their way to avoid telling us construction began at 7.30am right outside our window. The ventilation above the window was similar sound quality to the window being wide open!! MONTHS in advance we could have been told about this.
So as soon as I arrive I request to be moved and am refused. I am very very very disappointed as I was charged full price for your accommodation and not even able to get a decent night’s sleep, after paying hundreds in hotel fees, hundreds in concert tickets and hundreds in travel.
The health club had the NERVE to charge us for swimming caps!! Absolutely appalling.

We were located on the second floor looking out over the main entrance.
Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Beds could of been spaced out more rather then being side by side,
Ear plugs provided in room as their is work being done across the river. I'm a receptionist in a hotel myself and would of apricated the heads up about the work being done.
2 single beds touching off one another. I would of preferred the space in the room being used. I was sharing with a friend and had to move the beds ourselves.

The hotel is modern and the room was very nice. Staff was helpful and, generally, everything in the hotel was as one would expect of a property at this price point.
The location is awful, located well away from (a solid 20+ minute walk) the main attractions in the City Centre, i.e. Temple Bar, Trinity College, etc. This, in and of itself, might have been fine, but given the premium price point (this hotel was easily one of the most expensive properties we stayed at out of five on our trip in Ireland), I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

Big room
Very clean
Quiet location
The pool was more for exercising than relaxing. We only went once and there were mostly men who kept staring at us and that made us feel uncomfortable. It was also quite busy.

noise disturbance!! from ongoing construction across the road. there was a letter in the room informing us of this but stated noise disruption would start at 9am. we were woken at 7:40 due to noise and couldn’t sleep after that. the room was also dusty we did overlook this as it isn’t a major issue but if you’re going to charge €201 for one night not including breakfast I expect the cleanliness to be maintained and I wish staff informed me of the construction work after I booked it in the two messages they sent after booking or upon check in and not waited for us to get to our room to read the letter which gives misinformation.

Very convenient for what we were doing. Its a nice, quiet area to walk around after a meal. The rooms are comfortable. The gym is a good facility.
Although we have stayed a number of times there was an insistence that we pay upfront by credit card. As we arrived separately and with only one card this had to be done over the phone. It takes from any feeling of hospitality. The bar music was for a nightclub and too loud (maybe Im just old; but there was a guy on decks). The pool has limited hours and regards 14/15 year olds as children - in other hotels residents can access later and earlier (there is no lifeguard anyway).
