Staff on the desk were very professional, very knowledgable and helpful when needed. Room was spacious and comfy.
Being so close to the main bar area can get noisy

Very disappointed with their welcome.
Didnt acknowledge us, chatted and laughed to each other, all while ignoring us and then just handed over keys to room.

Absolutely nothing! We had the worst experience ever
The corridors were so dirty, the room was placed on top of a bar and the windows were shaking from the music and the area! Super loudly place, don’t recommend it at all.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was a great size - got the three person room. The room was very clean, good sound proofing. Great location, close to buses and with a lovely view onto the river. The staff was very helpful!

location is excellent and rooms (newly refurbished) are lovely.
Checkin is after 4pm, however only one staff member on and limited experience in dealing with an issue for the people in front of us leaving us in a queue for over 45 minutes with more behind us. suggestion would be to allow people to collect their keys (if dropping off luggage) and advise no entry until after 4pm to reduce everyone arriving at the same time.

The Hotel is in the epicenter of Temple Bar and fairly close to all attractions of Dublin. A blessing and a curse.
There are a couple of things to know when you book. This is a hotel that has a five floor bar next door (yes, all five floors). This means, it is not a quiet place. If you want to hit the bars and come back late, that is fine. But then, this is probably also not your price segment. If you want a quiet night, stay away, you won't find it. The breakfast is at 8:30, which is weird. After talking to three different people, they made us a full irish (which was good) at 8:30 straight, because we had to catch a train. But then it is served in the lowest bar, which smells like...well...a bar in the morning. Works, but for that price I would expect something better. So be aware that this is a hotel catering for the party folks.

Drainage backing up in shower and toilet. Upon check out they wouldn't refund my deposit because cleaner couldn't find TV remote and I hadn't Even checked or used tv
. Reception upon arrival was very nice and upon check out very rude

great location. room was spacious and comfortable overlooking temple bar.
- check in was terrible. we waited nearly half an hour with a couple others in the que as it was required that we download an app to use as our room key. the whole process took too long. could have been pre-downloaded if link was sent before our stay.
- hot water wouldn’t work in sink

wish we had a fridge in our room since you don’t offer breakfast.

our room was flooded, didnt give us another room, absolute disgrace, my mother fell and has badly hurt her hip and I personally have a chronic breathing health issue and the water/damp has made me even worse
that we were staying in a swimming pool

The location was perfect for a pub crawl. The room was still surprisingly quiet at night. The hotel was close to other amenities such as local shops and the bus stop.
Nothing really, couldn't complain.

we were refused entry to the bar, with our 16 year old son despite being residents & notifying the bouncers on the doors this

The room was quite good, the advanced deposit was not convenient but it was ok.

The refurbished hot l is fantastic! the rooms are new, fresh, adequate, spacious and stylish!
Breakfast was tasty and with loads of options for all taste buds.
Staff are amazing, especially Tanya at reception (I wish I was initially).
Still some construction going on and be mindful- you are in temple bar so it’s lively at nighttime but not late.
Be aware there is a pre-auth “Damage charge” that is in the confirmation email so read it and understand it. it’s charged at check in (hence the initial issues).

Location was ideal
Building work began at 7am every morning with no advance warning. Every floor had work being carried out and on arrival there were a dozen beds in reception!
Completely understand doing improvements but I should have been told before arriving so I could have made alternative accommodation plans.
I've been home 6 days and still haven't recieved my damage deposit either! (I was told on departure it had been returned).

- Good value for money
- good location in the thick of it in temple bar, about a 5 min walk from the bus stop on connell bridge
- nice new modern rooms on the top floor where we stayed, twin room was spacious.
- nice irish breakfast (menu includes other options)
- great for those doing a stag/hen/party type weekend
Only real downside was that i could hear the nightclub down stairs at night from the 3rd floor room that i was in.
This accommodation maybe more suited to those looking to do partying weekends.

We stayed on the third floor which had just been renovated. After reading feedback we had some concerns about staying however we need not have worried, the room was modern, very clean and location of the hotel couldn’t be better.
The hotel room was really noisy, although this is to be expected being right in the middle of Temple bar area. I didn’t like that they took my credit card details as well as £100 refundable deposit.

The room didn’t smell to pleasant, beds weren’t very comfy and the room was also very cold
