Location was very handy. Good range of shops nearby as well as the start of the tour bus. Host was really helpful. Useful free parking. Flat was very clean and quiet. Lovely duvet cover. Well stocked kitchen with nespresso machine.

Could have done with a clothes horse to dry things that couldn’t go in the tumble dryer but otherwise excellent appartment.

Immaculate condition

We loved these apartments, They were fantastic location to shops and all amenities . The apartments were clean and were fully equipped for a great stay. Great communication with the host , super check in and check out . Will definitely return to these apartments 😊 .

The apartment has good new furniture and beds, and the bathrooms are modern. Water pressure was fine, and there were decent products in the bathroom. It was lovely that they left us fresh milk in the fridge, and there were coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and some sweets in a jar (individually wrapped). The area is maybe a little rough by Dublin standards (up and coming) but the building is secure and it is right near everything and we didn't find any problems with it. Good bar close by, supermarkets right across the road and around the corner. Lift access to the apartment makes it easy and the flat is high up too. The dishwasher was good, and the kitchen equipment we used all worked well. Kitchen size was good too for a group of 4 like we were.

Nothing the owners could do but the building itself is a little old and other tenants are not always great. For example, someone spilled garbage in the lift on Sunday night, didn't clean it up and it was still in there by Monday when we left, and the lift as very smelly. But this is not the fault of the hosts. Just what happens I guess. Other than that, the lifts worked, the keys worked, it was not noisy and there were no problems.
