4th time of staying here. Parking at rear of hotel.
Pleasant reception staff and easy check in.
Uograded from a single to a double on ground floor.
Airy , bright room.
Lovely powerful shower 🚿 & fluffy large towels.
Slept well , comfortable bed 🛌 with minimal outside noise.
Breakfast started at 7am, nice cooked 🍳 breakfast was very nice.
Easy check out.
Walls & carpet could 'still' do with a refresh in the corridors.

Location for a family function. Parking good. Breakfast fab.
Could do with a lift! Some paintwork needs a tidy up, our room had a random 'ghost flusher' which resulted in the toilet trickling all night, only paused for an hour or so with a full flush.

Room was clean and spacious the the front of house staff Michael and Anna were really helpful and a credit to the hotel will 100 percent be returning
Only a little thing it was the placement of the toilet roll dispenser you had to stand to retrieve toilet roll has its very hard to twist because of proximity

The location to Derby city centre was perfect
It was very hot inside the room but we had a fan which helped. We had problems with our water, first the toilet was leaking and the sink blocked. Then in the morning our toilet wouldn’t flush at all
