Great sized room, great view, great facilities, (kitchen/dishwasher/clothes washing machine). Great location near shops, activities, and restuarants.

Location, view, and front desk staff were very good.

Condition of hotel exterior and rooms were very poor. The hotel needed to be painted inside and out, furniture was stained and uncomfortable, floors were uneven, towels were stained, air conditioner filter was filthy, and cleaning staff were inconsistent (forgetting to leave face cloths and coffee)

Les équipements de cuisine n’étaient pas propre (four, grille pain, casserole et quelques couverts).

Great sized family apartment with all the facilities we need.

The staff - all front desk staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly during both of our stays. We spoke to several different people and all went out of their way to help with local information, arranging transfers, enabling early check in and late checkout, providing directions to local attractions, restuarants and supermarket. Staff were all fantastic and 10 out of 10 The location The view over the promenade and the bay. One of the best views and locations we've had in any hotel. On a good day the ocean colours are spectacular Access to easy walks to restaurants, stroll along the promenade, walking distance to Ouen Toro Hill and we walked all the way around to Baie Des Citrons twice Washing Machine in the room The general good atmosphere and tourist vibe of the local area We would stay again if we came back to Noumea and we will be recommending this hotel to others

Don't like the shower bath. It is outdated and needs to be renovated. It is not easy to use and a bit of a trip hazard. Breakfast was OK for me but didn't have a lot of options for my wife who is vegetarian We had one breakfast in our first stay (Sun 18 Feb) but when we returned on 22-24 Feb we decided to eat breakfast at a nearby cafe which had a few more options Very minor detail but the information that the hotel gives out about taxi boats seemed outdated to us. The map shows that the taxi boats are at the front of the hotel just to the right, but they are actually about 900m away. We did manage to find them but it was 10-15 minutes walk instead of right out the front as indicated on the map. Suspect that the location may have moved recently perhaps since the shark attack. To find the boats walk up along the promenade just past the aquarium and burger king and you will find two operators to choose from. We used the Glass Bottom boat to get out to Ile Aux Canard (Duck Island)

The view from our balcony and the hotel location were both excellent.

The room was dreary and dull. Even the one and only picture on the wall was depressing. Apartment had a musty, damp smell. Very basic like no shower cap provided. No place in shower to place a bar of soap. Not a single floor mat to wipe wet feet from rainy balcony. Would love a printed hotel and surroundings information folder.

View - we could see the trees blowing in the wind, we were down low so not much view or vista. We could see the pool (1 level above it), we could see the canvas canopy covering the terrance restaurant. Hotel Location was great as it was just on Anse Vata beach, but it was a fair hike to the local Auchan supermarket, and not a nice walk to the city centre/markets. Fair walk around to Lemon Bay The room was spacious and comfortable, we had a dining table, sofa and a kitchen as well as 2 rooms (one with ensuite). The wifi included was superb in the room, but ordinary outside it

Our room was located on level 1, just above the pool (lotsa noisy kids screaming at times) It was also just above the terrace restaurant and gym. we could hear the rain thumping on the canvas roof, as well as a full dose of any live entertainment that was performed in the restaurant The building was a steel structure and we could hear lots of thumping - I would imagine the overgrown adult children in the room above stomping backwards and forwards quite loudly at times

Excellent location on Anse Vata beach - walk to cafes/bars/restaurants and the aquarium. Also short walk to convenience store and bakery which sold vey tasty food. We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets with large balcony overlooking pool area, park and Anse Vata beach - amazing views!!!!!!! Excellent service at the reception desk!! Also we had the pool to ourselves most of the time which was lovely!

Only downside was the cleaner/house keeper came in to our room to clean at 8.45am one morning while we were all still asleep in bed! I think they shouldn't come till at least 10am when people are most likely to be awake and out and about.

Great location, Anse Vata bay is a great area and its very easy to navigate to, plus Citrons bay around the point has some great eateries and within easy walking distance. Had a great family room with breakfast included and we slept well and started the day well, and ended it even better as we were blessed with some beautiful sunsets on the balcony. Will definitely stay if we're fortunate to be in Noumea again.

No bar on the premises, but L'Etrave was nearby and they were always open when I felt like a beer. The gym was a bit hard to find, and its easy to mistake the women only exercise areas by the pool as the Gym, would be nice to access a Gym in the pool area.

The view was wonderful. The room very comfortable. The bathrooms and bedrooms were lovely and the products supplied very nice.

The kitchen could have been better appointed. Very limited gym access. we had a great deal of trouble with transfers from this hilton to the ilot maître Hilton. I think complimentary shuttles between Hiltons would be a thing?

This was our second stay but was only for one night as we were flying home the next day, wish we had stayed longer.

Be nice if there were a few more channels in English.

Great location, large size appartment for the whole family

It was spacious and had everything you need to live, such as a kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine with a dryer.

Some of the facilities were old or broken. Like the shower holder in the bathroom. But we could make do without it so it was okay.

Loved the apartment, just awesome. The staff are amazing here, also speaking English. Special mention to Gunter and Matthieu who answered so many of our questions and organising our other bookings too.

Great location close to an awesome Patisserie and the Malongo coffee bar. Safe and secure and good parking available both in and around the apartment. The apartment was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were great and water was hot with great water pressure. The bathrooms come with full sized Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion dispensers which were great for family use.The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the coffee machine (once we figured out to tear open the white paper packet to get the pods out!). It was good to offset some of the expense of eating out with our own cooking from time to time. The staff were very pleasant although we needed our phones to translate for housekeeping (who were lovely). We were lucky to have quiet neighbours for most of our 11 night stay.

The fans are very loud (we figured out how to close them at night (just screw them shut) to reduce their noise a bit, the pool did not get much sun so we gave that a miss (tried the one down the road at Novato which was just ok. If you have the breakfast included then avoid the scrambled eggs in the bay marie (not good) and get yourself a freshly prepared omelette which was awesome - they don’t tell you this so just ask as it was no extra charge. The coffee machine was great but you only get four complimentary pods so you’ll need to grab some from the local grocer after that or purchase from reception at slightly higher price. The building itself is a bit older and noise between and across floors should be expected - we were lucky to get a (paid) upgrade to an upper floor and corner apartment (well worth the extra cost). Unfortunately our next door neighbour smoked on their balcony and this made it unpleasant for us when outside. I thought it was a non smoking property but they had ashtrays so….

Tiny little details but overall it was perfect and will come back - but : The spare bed for the 3rd person (sofa bed) was really uncomfortable Pool was cold and shame no jacuzzi for the cold season Maybe missing some key stables for kitchen like salt, pepper or oil But overall excellent

The dishwasher didn't work properly The properties were aged, our bedroom door didn't close properly The housekeeping was very hit and miss with inconsistent service.

Location was excellent,above some lovely shops and restaurants.View from apartment beautiful.Fully self contained so a chance to catch up on laundry after visits to some islands.Pool was heated.

Bed was on castors and not attached to the wall so every time we sat on it to watch TV it moved away from the wall.At this time of year (winter)there was no sun on the pool area at all.Locaton on 3rd floor two floors up from pool was noisy when pool was being used (may be an issue when full of children!)

Hotel is looking and feeling quite dated/tired but it was clean and comfortable. It does look like they are doing upgrades at the moment too.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, and the view from the balcony of the eastern end of Anse Vata bay and beach was one we didn’t tire of.

There were a lot of renovations going on, which made relaxing in the pool area difficult. When looking up at the rooms/apts from the pool area. you could see that the exterior walls were in need of painting.
