It was very close to the sea and the beach. The pools were also nice and the water temperature was ok. The food could have been more varied. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay. Close to the city center also. I will return with pleasure again!

The pillows from our room were too big.

Property was cleaned constantly throughout the day and night. Staff were friendly food was good. Good proximity to shops.

The evening entertainment wasn't very good and where it was situated was away from the bar area. There are no tables and chairs to watch the entertainment. Had there been this, it would encourage more people to watch. My air conditioning was leaking, and I reported it twice. They came to fix it but woke up that night with it poring out water on my sons head. My son had an accident and slipped in the bathroom, braking the toilet seat and bruising his full leg. i reported it to staff and paid for it to ne replaces. However, this was never done. The slides were only open for a few hours per day, and the pool closes at 6 pm, considering its summer. I thought this was a little early

The position of the hotel,it's near the beach. Also I liked it very much the hotel garden/yard and the aqua park for children.

The food was not very diversified but you can find something to eat.

The pool area was lovely hardly ever had an issue finding a sunbed. The Italian restaurant was beautiful. The reception staff and entertainment people were lovely.

I wasn't keen on the food but you could always find something to eat. Some staff were really rude, especially staff that worked in the main restaurant.

The water in the pool was a bit colder than expected. At the seaside a seaweed or something like that appeared in a big amount for two days, however, the hotel can not influence the currents.

Spacious rooms and nice atmosphere, private beach is a bonus. The animation team and bar staff were always friendly and attentive. Plenty of food options at the buffet. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would be happy to return.

The water slides operating ours are limited and children under 130cm not allowed on them. It would have been nice to know this prior to our stay. The pools are not heated (we travelled first week of June) but after a few minutes you can't feel it anyways

The noise from the kitchen fans (the room was close to the air vents of the hotel's kitchen and they were noisy).

Private beach was lovely; staff were fantastic; room, food and water park were all very nice.

We liked everything about it! It's clean, spacious and you can always find something to dring or eat, even if you are very picky. Staff is very kind. Great program for kids. I recommebd this hotel to everybody. Its my third time here. Young couples, families with kids and elders. Everybody can have a great vacation! Will be visiting again next year.

Location was great,also the kids loved the water slides etc also liked the fact that the beach is literally on your door step

Some of the staff not really friendly or helpful but maybe because of the end of season and tired. Some of them working 14h shifts 😬!

security awful, left luggage on the last day, security start shouting at my wife that we entered to collect it, they won’t let us stay at the pool for 2 hours, so we had to leave hotel, like what?? for that price they won’t let to use their pool srsly

Imho one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. The beach in front of the hotel is perfect! Recommended++++++

The hotel is located on the main promenade of Sunny Beach. very central location, accessible and super convenient. The room is big but very old and the food is at a reasonable level. The main disadvantage is that there is no heated pool and the water was freezing! Which prevented my children from coming in and enjoying. All in all, We were satisfied.

The food was average. The water in the pool was frozen and you cant enjoy like that. The room is very outdated Everywhere was full of bees and mosquitoes.

I payed for a room with sea view - instead I received a room with 80% pool view and 20% sea view. THIS WAS A CONDITION VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME , when I asked for another room they say that this one is what I booked. well its not true. Stuff was rude and only a few 2-3 person was wiling to help- the others just don't want or don't know English and they are not there to help you. Wi-fi was very poor Water in the pool was to cold. my 3 years old daughter couldnt stay . For kids under 130cm they have only 2 water slides Even if we had 3 dinner in 3 specific restaurants(included) only one was available because the others was already fully booked - we were passing by these restaurants many times and always were empty tables On the beach they don't have ice - ice machine is broken (all day same response )

Water in the childrens pool is very cold, we didn't use the pool at all.

Located right next the beach, and is, with its water park, just perfect for families with small children. It’s also situated just right after the most busy section of sunny beach, out of sight of the bars further down towards Nesebar, where there’s much more nightlife and tourists crowding the streets.

Complete lack of information of core services (like where and when to exchange beach towels). Poor level of English creating severe frustration after more that 4 days of stay. Premium pool is not so premium and crowded with kids and inflatable toys and ball play even if the sign clearly tells otherwise. Guards not present most of the time, and doesn’t care if present.
