The personnel was nice, and the pool was clean,this is all I can say good.

I’ll start with the room quality. It felt like a 2‑star room at best. The room was small, most of the furniture was broken, and the two beds were made from two separate mattresses each — so basically each bed was just two mattresses pushed together 🤦🏻‍♂️. The balcony door didn’t seal at all, so all the noise from the street could be heard clearly inside. The food wasn’t very good for an all‑inclusive package, and every time I wanted a Pepsi, I had to wait in line at the bar.
