Only one wine glass in the room. Crappy bottled water in bottles clearly the hotel fill up, consider this to be a worry. room was okay.

The staff and the service at reception were absolutely apalling. Both on check in and check out. Woman on reception wouldn't assist with finding menu for the restaurant, said to me I'd have to just come down. I wanted room service and the restaurant phone was not working. Only gave us one key for room on check in. Just very poor.

If there were guests in the rooms on either side we could hear noise. In addition the water pipes made banging noise. We will not stay in the main building again. The units out the back were fine when we stayed there last year.

Close to town. All facilities for an extended stay.

Smelt like cigarette smoke on entering first day despite air freshener being used by cleaners. Carpet on stairs is filthy and has not been cleaned for sometime.

Beautiful rooms. Very comfy bed. Warm heating.

Linking TV to phone apps was hard to do. Basically couldnt do it. No instructions other than TV. Drying rack for towels was about to fall off wall. Coffee cups too small. Pricing at Restraunt was too high and didn't reflect quality of food service etc. Scam alert. Charged $10 for small "side serve of chips. Should have been included in meal..... Nasty. Pork sausages fell to pieces into a mince rather than sausage. Chilli in sausages so high that I couldn't eat it. Overall a very average meal and overpriced. Will avoid in future for both breakfast and dinner.Better dining nearby.

Great location and sized apartment.

Carpets are getting a bit tried.

good location, easy walk to CBD.

The room was clean however there were stains all over the floors and on the loungeroom wall. There is next to no sound insulation between the levels. In desperate need of renovations.
