The staff were amazing help when I lost my mobile phone.
The rooms are a little outdated and would be helpful to have access to a phone especially if no mobile phone.

The room was comfortable. The restaurant connected to the hotel was fabulous with excellent service. The location was great, very central. We were happy with our room.

Close to restaurants.
Initially put into room 20A which had an adjoining room door. We could hear everything from adjoining room. The room ceiling had mould and flaking paint work with cobwebs. The noise of the lift next-door was loud. After complaining to management we were moved to another room which was reasonable.

Great location close to the riverfront and CBD. Loved the historical elements of the building. Bed was comfortable.
Shower had a broken/loose grate which came off every time I moved about. The shower water was not hot enough. Heating unit was not effective enough and I was cold when in the room.
