Great location ; close to coach stop. Peaceful, clean, comfortable.

.So close to bus station. Location was excellent.

Parking was a little tight.

Location, close to restaurants and pubs etc. Clean room.

No communication before we arrived. No one at Reception. Had to ring to find out what room we were in and how to get key from lockbox! I had confirmation for a queen room, but ended up in a Family room with a double bed! Bed not big enough! Online said there was a guest laundry, but when on the phone I asked about it and all of a sudden there was no guest laundry! I had been waiting to do some washing, so had to wash undies in the sink! Lighting was poor, my husband had to fix the light over the bed as the tube was not fitted properly. All of this did not leave a good impression!
