Staff very friendly and helpful both in the Hotel and in bars/restaurant
In a very central area so could leave car in car park and walk everywhere
The bathroom set up not great - the tiny sink plus the shelf above made the sink fairly unusable ! We also had a small leak in our room. Our room was a low room and next to a busy area - bins etc. some work was going on which will obviously be over soon. Maybe we could have been allocated the same type of room but somewhere away from the noise

It’s a lovely place, decor is great, has a very classy feel
Our room did not reflect the high price we paid for it, broken fittings, and the WiFi was terrible, which meant the television barely worked, Poundland loo roll!
