A renovated spacious room and the Welcome Package. We had booked a room that came with Club like facilities. Drinks and nibbles from 3-10pm. It was a great surprise

High quality hotel in super convenient location. Very modern appearance and perfectly clean. Easy to access in walking distance from Sapporo station. Very friendly and highly professional staff.

Convenient location, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Many restaurants around.

The public bath is small and almost always crowded with people. The view of the bath is not so impressive as it claims. The room is not so spacious as one expected for a 23 sq m room. Overall cleanliness of public places less than satisfactory. Don't understand why it requires people to self-check in as there is always staff to assist.

This is AHN who stayed for 2 nights from July 12th. I'm going to write down a complaint. I parked in the parking lot and came into the room as the parking agent told me that my car was damaged inside the parking tower. I heard the answer that the gear was placed between the parking gear and the reverse gear, so I moved in the parking lot. I couldn't explain it because I was Japanese at the time, but I wanted to ask you to see if you could put a gear lever between parking gear and reverse gear. It's impossible. So I paid an additional 20,000 yen for the rental price at my own expense. This unsavory thing wouldn't have happened if the parking attendant had told me to turn on the side brake because the car could shake.

Nicely located within walking distance to both subway and JR train, as well as many nice restaurants. Yet it is not as crowded as the busiest districts. The room was comfortable, bright, with good temperature control and a good mattress. Has a good view of the Sapporo TV tower.

The rooftop heated pool is a nice addition to the hotel, but it could get really crowded.

The place is near eateries and within walking distance to Odori and JR station. It is lovely to return to a hot bath at the end of a long day and view the TV station at night!

Nothing much except that the rooms can be rather small for 3pax and luggages, as is typical of many Japanese hotels.

We had an initially negative experience when we arrived - but then Miki (the manager) got involved and sorted everything so efficiently for us. She was so nice and helpful - we ended up having a great stay! Excellent customer service & the onsen was enjoyable too.

The presidential suite was lovely - the chairs at the windowsill bar in our room made for a lovely evening drink.

We found the hotel a little impersonal. Breakfast was moderate. Didn’t use the onsen (which we had previously believed was a mixed swimming pool) as a couple who wanted to spend time together. Heating hard to control.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Convenient location with many delicious eateries within walking distance.

Car park was not able to accommodate larger vehicles. Had to park at affiliated parking spaces and walk to the hotel. Also the hotel does not have an area for doing laundry.

View on the 17th door was nice. room was small but comfortable. easy walking distance from Sapporo station.

Toilet space is good and breakfast comes with good varieties.

The room is too cramped for 4 pax stay.
