Excellent location, not far from the nearest mall. Excellent facilities at the hotel - the indoor pool including jacuzzi, sauna and steam room is fabulous and was part of our daily routine. The room was spacious and the shower was amazing! All bath towels and soaps etc provided and changed daily. The outside area is also very nice and there is also an outdoor pool. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

The service was excellent, and the stay was wonderful. A special thanks to the receptionist, Abu Bakr, for his exceptional professionalism and perfect treatment. He made our check-in and stay extremely comfortable.

Room was spacious and comfortable, but the furniture perhaps a little dated. Nice view of the Torch when lit up at night.
Good spread on offer at the breakfast buffet despite the hotel not being overly busy, and there was an egg station - I chose a freshly cooked omelette. All staff very courteous and professional, Kenza particularly at the front desk was helpful.
I couldn't find any USB sockets in the bedroom. Also, we emailed ahead to request an iron and ironing table to be available for our immediate use and explained it was because we would be rushing to attend an event upon arrival. Hotel replied it would be arranged. However, these were not supplied until after we had checked in, so we had to wait for it to be delivered to our room causing a small delay unfortunately, which was exactly what we had wanted to avoid.

Breakfat, Room, Pool, Everything inside the property was good.
Unwanted local crowd wandering inside the premises, which was very much bothering.
