Hotel Montemar Maritim

The room was clean , nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Free car parking was a bonus. We were half board and both the breakfast and evening buffet was excellent with plenty of choice. Also we had a nice view from our balcony.

All was great.

Fantastic hotel , can't fault it , didn't have the evening meal but breakfast was 100% , swimming pool looked lovely and they had entertainment , not my cup of tea but other guests loved it , wanted to stay another night but they were fooly booked , only €88 euro for the night including breakfast , free parking , just great value

Asked in the bar for a snack but they had run out of a couple of items but with the quality of the hotel , I can understand it

Every clean facilities with professional and friendly staff.

Room was spacious and big, with a nice big terrace. With the terrace door closed, we almost couldn't hear the music from the pool, which was very good. Powerful and hot water stream from the shower.

It is apparently not allowed to bring to your room anyone who is not a paying guest of the hotel, not even for short amount of time. Reception staff would check who comes in and out against the names registered in the room, also not in a particularly friendly way. I have never seen this in any other hotel in my life. The food at the buffet had very limited vegetarian/vegan options. Plus it would have been helpful to have tags describing what each dish was, so that we didn't have to ask the staff each time if it contained meat or not.
