Amazing resort so clean the food is great The staff are so friendly and welcoming very recommend

To be honest, I really don't understand why the rating of this hotel is only 7.9 - it was exceptional! The whole positive experience started with the reception desk - everything went smoothly, with a genuine smile and a real intent to help and assist. The grooms and the golf car service were just great - good availability and a real will to help. The food was very tasty and the selection was very good, both at the main restaurant and the snack bars. The rooms were great - big size, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Also, Fanni from the guest relations team was great, always available, and had a high level of service and a willingness to be helpful to the guests. It was a great experience, and this is for sure a place to come back to on our next stay in Rhodes! Thank you very much for everything and making our vacation great!!

The only thing I can think of is the huge territory this hotel is located on, but like I mentioned above, the groom and golf cars service was very helpful

Water slides for the kids. Internet speed. Giant fruit fridge in the main restaurant (lots of choices of fresh fruits).

All inclusive slop food (lots of variety, but low quality, tasteless). A-la carte restaurants are even worse than the all-inclusive buffet. Not a single fresh drink in the resort, just chemicals & powdered-machine juices. Have to pay for all the extras: more coffee, water in the room, towels, etc.
