The facilities were great, everything was where it was supposed to be, felt like being in another town! The food was excellent, certainly felt more than your basic all inclusive buffets and the a la carte restaurants were great. Staff were amazing and made us feel welcome.

The twin room was two single bed stuck together, dunno if thats what twin room means.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das großartige Personal. Vom herzlichen Empfang bis zum aufmerksamen Service – alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich, professionell. Auch kulinarisch wurden unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Das hervorragende Essen war jeden Tag ein absolutes Highlight. Die Auswahl war riesig, alles war frisch und geschmacklich großartig. Dee Poolbereich, das Restaurant oder die Außenanlagen – alles ist blitzblank gepflegt und lädt sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein.

Leider verfügte unser Zimmer über keine separate Dusche, sondern nir über eine Badewanne. Für den täglichen Gebrauch – besonders für ältere Gäste oder nach einem langen Tag – ist das Duschen in der Wanne etwas umständlich und nicht ganz zeitgemäß. Zudem war auf unserem Balkon leider in einem bestimmten Zeitraum das Geräusch der Hotel Belüftung zu hören. Uns wurde sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, obwohl wir es nicht beanstandet,, sondern lediglich erwähnt haben.

The private beach set up, with the bean bags & individual food stalls, was lovely; it would have been great if the deck chairs, bean bags etc were organised/rearranged at the end of the day as it was often a mess first thing in the morning. The gardens of the property were lovely, and the main pool was great. The bar staff and wait staff were very friendly & helpful, and the drinks selection was very good. The outdoor gym setup was great but unfortunately some families allowed their children to use it like it was a play area, which is dangerous & distracting when you’re working out.

In our 7 night stay we barely had one good night of sleep because the doors are paper thin & you can hear the comings and goings of everyone around you. The worst was the screeching sound of furniture being dragged across the tiled floors; we were woken by this at 2:15am on one occasion, and every morning from 7am onwards when the cleaners started. The cleaning cupboards are also outside of several of the downstairs rooms (including the one we had), so from 7:15am onwards you can hear the cleaners talking loudly, slamming doors etc. The evening entertainment (magician, circus etc) were quite child centred/focussed, despite taking place after 9pm. Not ideal if you don’t want to be around children all day long. The reception staff were not very friendly; on one occasion we were aware that the two young female staff were talking about us in Greek. Neither on check in, or in any information in the room, are you told how to book any of the à la carte restaurants. It would be useful to have a map and some sort of information pack in the rooms. The quality of the food was disappointing; buffet options were generally repetitive & chicken was dry, potatoes undercooked. The best meal we had was the Greek à la carte, however the Mexican and Pan Asian were really bad. Mexican was like the leftovers of the buffet and although the Pan Asian starters were alright, the prawn crackers tasted of oil & the salmon was so overcooked, noodles tasteless. You also must get the towels from the spa every day but the spa doesn’t open until 09:30am - can’t help but think there would be a better/more convenient way for residents to get towels
