Les chambres communicantes sont juste séparées par 2 portes en bois sans isolation. On entendait les discussions de la chambre voisine. Une fois que tout le monde dort, c’est ok. Pas de bruit entre minuit et 7h00. Le bruit des climatisations est toujours un peu gênant, mais cela est difficile à éviter.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Many staff members memorised my daughter's name and greeted her wherever we went. They gave us a little colourful fish to feed, and asked me if I was ok when I got sick. They also gave us free toiletries for my baby. The breakfast variety was amazing, and the pools were really nice. I would definitely come back.

Die Lage war top und das Hotel verfügt über einen Shuttle zum Strand und Shopping Area (Bali Collection). Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein kleine Shoppingstraße mit Bars, Restaurants und kleiner Markt.

Obwohl wir extra im Vorfeld ein Kingsbett gebucht hatten und wir das nachweisen konnten, dass es bestätigt wurde, hat man uns als Ehepaar zwei kleine Betten geben und das Personal war nicht ansatzweise bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Beim Frühstück war das Personal komplett überfordert und auch nicht so freundlich, wie man das erwarten darf in einem Hotel in dieser Kategorie. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Beachclub, der leider sehr schlecht organisiert war. Das Personal stand nur in der Gegend rum, die hatten weder Kokosnüsse, was wirklich jeder Straßenverkäufer auf Bali verkauft, noch Cola Zero.

The hotel was very nice and short distance to some local restaurants. Breakfast was very nice too.

The room (mainly bathroom) was slightly tired but overall it was really nice and clean.

First impressions here are great. The hotel looks just like the pictures, balinese music playing in reception and friendly staff to greet you on arrival. Overall, the hotel is clean and well kept. It has a quiet and calm atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. All of the staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the amenities replenished daily. We chose a full board package and it proved to be great value for money. Besides one disastrous dinner service, the food in MoMo restaurant was great and breakfast has lots of options to cater for all tastes.

The kitchen seemed to be unable to keep up with orders in the evening despite usually being at approximately 50% capacity. One particular evening our appetisers and main courses all arrived together after an initial 50 minute wait. The waiting staff to the mains back to the kitchen whilst we ate our appetisers. We were served the same plates of food that had been kept warm in the kitchen but the food was cold and dry. One of our groups desert order was not fulfilled either due to a miscommunication in the kitchen. If we had not paid for full board I would have requested a reduction in the bill. This issue was raised to the hotel but the only response I have received is that it has been passed on to the relevant department.

The hotel was on a beautiful property, surrounded by walking areas, and lots of security, so it felt safe. The pool, restaurant, spa, and other amenities exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and service. The best part of the stay was the staff. They made every possible attempt to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. Several connected with us on a deeper level, remembering our names and likes/dislikes and being super helpful.

Nothing I didn't like about the property, but feedback that might help - Probably our fault as foreigners, but we had trouble getting the hot water to work in our shower. A staff member helped us learn how to set it when we asked, so I'd say there might be value in a sign to help with the setting if this question comes up often enough. Also, pillows could have been better, but that's not unique to this hotel. Great experience overall.

Friendly staff and great service, wonderful breakfast, massive range of western, Asian, East Asian food. Great spa facilities. Two excellent pools, one quiet, one open and sporty, lazy river. Bars at each pool. Two good restaurants with different styles and menus. Good room service. Rooms very clean. Decent pricing, never felt like you were paying over the odds. Lovely garden areas. Good shuttle free service to beach front with reserved seating, shaded cafe, food and drinks available. Comfy room, well sized, big comfortable beds. Excellent bathroom. Balcony with shaded seating for each room.
