Insects in the rooms when we first checked in.

Lovely facilities and wonderful breakfast. Club rooms recommended.

Checking in took far too long seemed to be lack staff on the front desk and people were waiting in excessive 30 minutes before they were even seen and people were often standing in queues. Seem strange when they have so many staff in other areas. On the scale of other five star resorts in the area the rooms are nice but they still slightly dated even the ones that have been renovated in the club area. Grand Hyatt doesn’t have the posh electronic toilets with the multiple functions like some of the other high-end hotels have. They have the standard toilet with the biday hose attached so it doesn’t look as aesthetic or flash. By the pool area always seemed difficult to find the nearest toilets. They didn’t seem to be very well signed posted in my opinion for such a big resort.

All staff interactions were exceptional. We were very well looked after. We have a coeliac daughter - the team went out of their way to accommodate her/us. The room attendants left 'towel-animals' each day, which the kids loved! It had a vibrant atmosphere and there was heaps to do for the kids. Great family holiday!

Honestly, I struggle to think of anything that wasn't up to scratch.
