Great location and staff, everyone was very friendly

The only downside was no swim up bar in the pool

Well maintained facility, good ambience, nice choice of food for breakfast. Some of the staff are very polite and hospitable. Overall a good facility.

They do not provide drinking water for dinner - even normal RO water not provided, when asked for the same I was told to buy, When I suggested to have at least RO / treated water, was met with quite sarcasm. They have a 2 hour session on their rewards program, with a no compulsion rider to attend it, and you get 2M IDR coupons that you can use in the stay. When I refused joining the program after the session, the manager lady's attitude quite changed. The person who was explaining the program to me was very polite throughout.

The pool area. The shuttle to the beach and shopping centre. The size of the room. Huge choices for breakfast.

Being hassled by accor representatives trying to sell you accor membership. Extremely frustrating when you pay to be in a resort and still get hassled to buy things you are not interested in.

Location not bad , garden ok pretty .

-The room is extremely old and small and urgently needs some renovation. -The Aircon has the strong moldy smell. The room and the bed sheet is extremely humid all the time caused my skin problems immediately after 1st night . Every morning I got a lot of rashes after I wake up and go down a bit if I stay outside . -Tried to call the room service 4 times for the humidity issue and asked for a dehumidifier but no response . - pool water is quite dirty - beach club very basic and not at the nice sea water area has many rocks in the water hard to swim - staff just wants to invite you to their club or sth and gives absolutely 0 sh*t about the issues you share
