Hotel is simply stunning....we looked at several places on Gili t and this was stunning. Rooms were massive with entire living room area and separate bedroom. Owners were super friendly. Would Def stay again if going back to Gili t

the pool was beautiful

dirty bathroom, hole close to shower head, dead insects under the lounge, sliding doors to pool didn’t have lock, no room key, and offered illicit drugs within 30mins of check in! Actually left one day early as no disgusted! bikes were rubbish, no lights on rd to Hitel, security cameras not working and item going missing from room

We love the pool, it's the best place to hangout in the hotel, since it's stretched from the entrance until the end of the hotel, we can swim in satisfaction, not to worry to hit the wall

The hotel must have been better if it's cleaned properly

Nothing.

The hotel is very run down. The rooms are full of cobwebs, the lid of the toilet was black, it didn't seem very clean. The air conditioning did not work very well and during the day it was very hot inside the room. The doors to the pool did not lock, and therefore the room was left open. We asked the receptionist if he could give us the key to lock them and he told us that they didn't have it because a client had lost it. As soon as you enter the hotel you find service personnel sleeping in the entrance. Given our situation, we opted to check out on the second day and go to another hotel. And even claiming the money invested in the following nights, they told us that they could not return anything. don't go!

the swimming pool

since Covid a lot of the amenities were not open ie spa, restaurant also the bikes could do with being updated/ money spent on.

Nice pool, just indring of all rooms.

- Very, very spacious rooms, with nice air conditioning, comfy beds - Bikes available for free at the hotel, including bike trailer - Good restaurants around - Good restaurant at the hotel itself - Nice pool

- The main downside was the cleanliness: cigarette butts all around: restaurant, hotel reception, gardens, room entrance, swimming pool area... Not nice!!! - This was partly due to the staff who, despite very nice and smiley, was also seen smiking all over the place
