Room, breakfast, hotel location

No hand shower in bathroom.

Room was extremely comfortable, perfect size. Visited the Pool, SPA and other facilities but did not use them as we didn't have time. But the facilities really looked world class. Had Breakfast in Hotel on all days. Excellent spread, awesome service by every one.

The morning breakfast buffet should include more variety of food and more healthy options to be added (I.e poached eggs with Avocado)

The hotel is in a great location next to Izmir Park, perfect for morning walks, but a bit far from Nizami Street. Getting a taxi is easy. The heating works well, but the bathrooms feel old and not quite 5-star. The lobby and corridors are nice, and there's a good spa and indoor pool. Recommended for families.

I found a few aspects of the hotel less satisfying. Firstly, its distance from Nizami Street was a bit inconvenient, especially for those keen on exploring that area more. The quality of the bathrooms also left something to be desired; they felt outdated and didn't meet the standards I expected from a 5-star hotel. Additionally, while the indoor amenities like the spa and pool were commendable, the lack of outdoor facilities was noticeable. More outdoor options would have been appreciated for relaxation and activities. These areas, if improved, could significantly enhance the overall guest experience at the hotel.

Не скажу , что не понравилось но освещения немного нахватает. Скорее это замечание

I liked the welcome we received at the property by staff. Especially Nuriya, she was amazing and made sure we are comfortable and provided with everything we asked for. Concierge staff were brilliant. Farid was really helpful from dropping our luggage to the room to plug in youtube for my daughter on the hotel tv. Finally, Sinan and Samra at the hotel restaurant were just amazing through out the 4 days of our breakfast. They made sure we have everything what we need from hi chair for my baby daughter to food. Actually, the complete restaurant staff was very hospitable and accomodating. We just loved our stay at Hyatt Regency. Their heated terrace smoking and non smoking were a big plus with serene garden view.

The location was a bit off. A but far from the city center but the hotel was cozy and comfortable.

We’re staying here for the third time already and everything is just as expected. Tasty breakfasts, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Special thanks to reception guys and waiter Orhan and many others from the staff.

The front office staff went out of the way and helped me out even the bell boy was also very sweet.

Since my room was on the 7th floor which had a lounge but no one even bothered to update me for the same. Anyhow that's fine since I was being upgraded from the standard category.

This property is very old . There isn’t much facilities in the room , they seem to have renovated it but more to be done . Breakfast options were same everyday . They can have more options in the bakery section and live counters . Everyday it was pan cake and omelette . Same kind of croissant as well.

The staff were superb. location is very good , also breakfast was good .

The pool or any other amenities were not in working condition .

The size of king suite

The strangest thing happened with this hotel. I booked a king suite with balcony from booking, when I arrived the receptionist told me that they don’t have that kind of room! I showed what I booked and after discussing it with his colleagues he told that it’s a mistake by Booking we don’t have that kind of room and there’s no balconies in any of the hotels rooms!! After a while he told that the only room with balcony is the executive suite but it’s not available because the air conditioning is down. I ended up getting the junior suite (as he called it) without balcony. Another reason why I booked this hotel is the swimming pool but also it was closed!. Breakfast was below average. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all ..you can feel the metal springs poking your body. I learned not to trust anything written about Baku hotels unless I’ve seen it myself.
