Staff were really pleasant and nice, breakfast was great and our host helped us figure out things we could do in Marrakech and gave good suggestions. They also held our luggage for the day after checking out.

Showering was a bit dark and its use was harder

Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der Medina. Das Frühstück war echt gut, authentisch, mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft.

Am letzten Tag war das Wasser kalt und wir konnten leider nur kalt duschen.

Abi the owner was very friendly and helpful. The Riad is beautiful, traditional style yet comfortable. Lovely breakfast and roof terrace to relax on. Perfect location in medina (old town) we could walk to all main sites.

A few reviews mention variable hot water - we followed instructions it worked fine and had plenty hot water and good water pressure. Sometimes it did go cold but just needed to turn off and back on again then worked fine

The location was great.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. Check-in was not properly handled on arrival, and no clear instructions were given about house rules or what was allowed. This led to an uncomfortable situation when I briefly had a friend in the courtyard, which was later said to be forbidden due to alleged “police check-ups,” something that had never been communicated. The room was dusty and very cold (around 15°C). Despite asking, no external heating was provided. The bed sheets were dusty and had an unpleasant smell. Hot water only lasted a few minutes, with very low water pressure. At check-out, additional taxes were requested on top of what was already included in the price shown on Booking.com, which felt improvised and unprofessional. The manager was also very intrusive and invasive throughout the stay.
