I had two nights reservation but stayed 3, because of a change of plans. Staff were helpful and kind. Location was perfect, walking distance from shibuya station from a main road. They have everything ready (toothbrush,pastel,shower stuff etc.) Breakfast was nice. They keep the luggage on check out Day also.

The air quality of the room was not the best, had a dumpy smell

It was a good central location.

There wasn’t air conditioning throughout the property, only in reception and bedrooms. Lifts and corridors were extremely warm. Not all staff were able to speak English very well and were unable to help with some of our queries.

Location and the staff was good.

But the condition of the rooms was lacking. The room size was smaller comparing to other APA hotel locations, and the smell inside the room was not very pleasant. We had to buy an odor eliminator spray in order to sleep normally at night.

I liked the location.

So small room and no space for luggage. Usually apa hotels have space under bed for suitcases, but not this hotel.

It is in a very convenient location in Shibuya. Able to walk to Shinjuku and Roppongi too

Staff did not know a lot of english. Had to rely on translation apps to enquire about my luggage delivery.

Location is perfect if you are planning to be out and about in shibuya. Room is tiny but doesn’t feel cramped. Good use of space. I got put in a room that was a bit run down at first, but I called reception and they moved me to a new room which was very clean so I appreciate the effort and service

It could have been cleaner. In the main room there still were other peoples fingerprints and a bit too much dust and stains on the wall. But the sheets and towels were perfect, comfy and the bathroom impeccable.

Had a bed and a roof over my head.

Room was dirty (as in markings all over the walls and linen) I was given a king single bed instead of the double bed. Staff came into my room to pull my doona cover up (didn't bother to make the bed, empty the bed or get rid of my dirty towels while they were in there...) This hotel also has one lift for 12 floors so expect to wait.

Very clean and comfortable space. Amenities provided by the property more than sufficient. The property area was has a lot of food establishments.

it is quite a distance away from the from the JR station for JR Pass holders.
