Tokyu Stay Shibuya

The room we had was very clean, with a comfortable bed and lovely linen. Like many hotel rooms in Japan it was super small compared to what we are use to. There was barely room on the floor for our two large suitcases. Bathroom was small but very clean and modern. Amazing shower. The staff at the front desk were nice - not overly friendly. We needed some assistance with booking a taxi etc. and I was surprised at their minimal English. The coffee at the cafe in the lobby was a lovely touch, but only served cold coffee. The 7/11 and a supermarket were within metres away which was super helpful. It is quite a walk to the scramble. A good 10-15 minute walk. I would not do it with a suitcase if you were heading to Shibuya Station. We would stay again, but would book a bigger room.

Centrally located, but in a quiet part of Shibuya. Easy walk to the train station. The room was comfortable and clean. The service and staff were excellent.

Have been before location great and our last room was fantastic.

This time we booked the more expensive room don’t bother . Bathroom wasn’t great - no water left daily this time. Air con control couldn’t understand. We stayed the week before and took a down grade due to the fact I didn’t want to be on a high floor it was great - however on our return visit got told that room wasn’t available couldn’t down grade is - well don’t upgrade as it’s no where near as good as what we had.
