The Lawrance Luxury Aparthotel - York

We stayed in the three-bedroom apartment at The Lawrence. The beds were very comfortable! There was plenty of space over the three floors with en-suite bathrooms in all rooms which had beautiful, deep baths and nice waterfall style shower. The kitchen space was a good size with a large table for dinning. The apartment was well decorated and in the perfect location for good access to the main city and had plenty of nice shops along the street if you didn’t fancy venturing into the main city. The bedrooms were all at the back of the property so you can’t hear any of the street noise, so was very quiet. The reception team were very helpful and friendly. We are already planning on booking again for next year!

The only comments we had for the property is we felt there could have been slightly more facilities in the Kicthen. We cooked most evenings and there were a few staple kitchen items were missing (baking trays, wooden spoons, and kitchen roll) as well as limited cleaning products (anti-bacterial spray would have been helpful in keeping it clean!) This didn’t take anything away from the property/ our stay and would still come back again.

Fantastic bed and shower. Could eat in or out. Very central so could easily get around. Loved York

Nothing

The apartment was beautiful with everything you could need!

A good location for walking into the main city.... a 10-15 minute walk. The bed was fantastic

Despite all efforts we couldn't get the heating/air-con system to provide a comfortable temperature: it was not as warm as we would have liked. We contacted reception and an electric heater was dropped off within minutes. However, for "luxury" apartments we were left feeling less than satisfied.
