Amazing location, very modern clean rooms, amazing service

The ridiculous price of my room - that didn’t include breakfast, and better rooms were available online for the same night for the same price. The night after my stay was half the price of my stay. It’s ridiculous that you wouldn’t include complimentary breakfast or something for those paying $587 for the smallest room and facing two brick walls.

The room was available early - before 3pm. It was well appointed.

The air con system is very noisy. Interrupted a good nights sleep. The liquid soap dispenser in the shower did not operate.

Excellent position for the train station, shops and Opera on the Harbour.

I like the politeness of the staffs. The room is clean and the location is outstanding to my preference.

Toiletries are not properly stock. I keep on requesting slippers but it never came. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash level were not checked, we run out of conditioner and body wash mid-stay. Housekeeping didn't refilled it.

The king bed was comfortable, and the bath was a decent size . The air con technician, Ash and the tv technician were both kind , professional and helpful.

The defensive nature of the Hotel manger Hannah who kept defending the hotel despite the wrong thing being done by me as the customer is; receiving a towel with blood stains on it , the air con being broken and sweating in the room , the tv turning off by itself when clicking on the menu , and not being told about surcharges for the in room dining menu , as well as the room not being sound proof and hearing the articulated conversation of the guests in the room next door . The steak cut fries were made from bruised potatoes, and the meat in the burger was dry .

King bed was comfortable.

As this is 5 star hotel, its not as very clean compared to other 5 star hotel. Swimming pool is downgrade and need more clean and renovated.

We have attended this hotel over the last 45 years from Tasmania. This time the room was smaller, the cost double, and the minibar - well 28 dollars for a mini whisky. This is worse than London and New York.

There was a lot of generators in the hallway 3 doors down from our room which were easily herd from inside our room. Put a dampener on our stay as we had trouble sleeping.

We loved its grand old school opulence. Excellent service lead by Nora who went over & above to help us with her helpful & friendly check in staff. Good selection of fresh food & great that we could get a nice mezze meal in the late afternoon. Fabulous location. It was high standard on every level. Beautiful rooms

Had a wonderful stay! Friendly staff, super clean rooms, and comfy beds. The pool and sauna were a fantastic bonus for relaxation. Highly recommend!

Location was great opposite the beautiful Hyde Park. Parking at the hotel was reasonably priced per night right under the hotel.

Our room was on the 7th floor and the room’s toilet was very run down. The worst part was the room was extremely dusty that it triggered my husband’s allergies. There was a weird dusty smell in the room and you could see the dust sitting on the table tops. Really disappointing for the price we paid and it was a terrible start to our stay. We spoke to the front desk about the dust and they gave us another room on the 9th floor which was a lot cleaner. Can’t believe the dusty state of the room and with the effect it took on my husband’s allergies it wasn’t the ideal way to start our trip. Staff were lovely to act so quickly and give us another room but really disappointing for the price we paid. Expected a lot more cleanliness and care from Sheraton.

We only stayed at the Sheraton in Sydney for one night, following a terrible experience with Rydges Central Sydney. We regretted not having booked our entire stay in Sydney with the Sheraton, as it was an amazing night and everything was perfect. The staff was lovely and the welcome gift in our room was a pleasant surprise. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely stay there on our next holiday in Sydney. The location is also a plus. Thank you!

The hotel facilities are great! The rooms are spacious and clean. You will have a choice of pillows. It was really good for me, as I prefer soft pillows. The mattress was also superb. There was a great choice of food for buffet breakfast 😋. You can enjoy the sauna, steam room, pool and gym. We needed an extra bed, and it was delivered and installed very quickly. We arrived earlier, and our luggage was safely stored until the check-in time.

As a 5* property, the prices are quite high there. However, if you book in advance, there are many packages available. In our case, it was a last-minute booking, but we enjoyed every moment of our stay there.

We love everything from the room, location specially the service from the staff. My husband like the sauna 😀 I like the gym and my daughter like the pool. At night ke and my husband decided to go to the bar and get a drink and the staff were very helpful!
