Friendly staff, clean and spacious

The restaurant staff every morning were wonderful and helpful. The room we picked was big and decent.

No air conditioning, and it got really hot and humid in the room.( We asked for a fan, but they never provided us with a fan) We had to change room twice because. First the sink pipes were leaking all over the place, second our toilet got clugged and created a flood in the room, our shoes were soaked in water as well as some of our items. (It was around midnight, so it was not fun to move rooms) The night before we checked out we went to the front desk to pay our bills because we had to check out very early the next day to catch our flight, and so when we're dropping off the keys the next morning, the receptionist said we had to pay an extra night. Which created confusion, and our taxi was waiting. Maybe not enough communication between reception staff.

They took care of my stuff after a cheked out.

We liked the room and really enjoyed the jaccuzi. And the room had a very comfortable bed. The service from employees was excellent. They vere always with a smile. We would recommend this place to others.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing - first day they had no jam for the toast, the next day they had no butter. I am used to being oofered bacon with my eggs, so that was also a bit of a letdown for me personally.

The food was excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful! They are acting very environmentally friendly and sustainable. Great place to stay!

Great hotel with clean and comfy rooms. Staff is nice and helpful.

Food in restaurant is beyond mediocre.

Very modern, super clean hotel. Beds were very comfortable with quality linens. Breakfast in the morning was delicious - there was a buffet, and they came to your table to ask if you'd like eggs, and how you'd like them cooked. The hotel is in a quiet area in Bogota.

That it hasn't have an actual airconditioning it has another system that for me needs to be much colder
