La atención especial

The hotel was really clean and the room service was great for dinner at 11pm! We were only there for one night, but the staff and facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious!

The location isn't ideal for being a tourist. It's in a good spot for getting around the city, but not ideal for walking around to see the sights.

Great and kind staff

Horrible management, room 531 has a MOLD problem that we brought to the manager's attention after our health was heavily affected, and never got a response.

Good Location, cozy room,quite room, big shopping mall just 3 minutes away, Big 24/7 Exito Supermarket with Pharmacy and clothing.

Pillows are unconfortable, No bathtub, at the breakfast the Calentado was very dry, the “ajiaco” is just a clear chicken soup, the pandeyuca was very hard, room service chicken soup was just water, chicken and potato in a very small presentation comparing the price I would suggest some onions, coriander and noddles.

the staff of the breakfast room were very nice and treated our family alwauys with a smile and ready tio help. the room was very nice and spacious. The location was perfect if you want to stay in this part of the city. a shopping center was wright across the street, where you could also change your money.

The heater should work better. we could not find out how to regulate the room temperature.
