The staff are super helpful- we had an issue with our code to check in - as it is a contactless check in we rang the number provided they answered straight away and came to sort out the situation in a matter of minutes. Impressed with this kind service. Excellent location.- near King’s Cross Station & St Pancreas. Lots restaurants nearby. Comfy beds & shower facilities. I would stay here again if I was staying the night - the rooms are compact so will be a tight squeeze if you have large suitcases.

If you’re a sensitive/ light sleeper depending where you are it is noisy from the vehicles from the main road - it’s always busy - they do provide ear plugs because of this. I always bring mine so it was not problem.

A lovely cosy hotel, stayed in a double room with no windows, I loved how clean the room was and loved the card and folded towels on the bed welcoming me. Every concern I had was met with prompt replies by the people working there. The location is superb for the price you pay.

Yes there is no lift and you have to haul your luggage up the stairs, but to me, that was something I didn’t too much about as I only had to haul my luggage during my check in and out times

Close to King’s Cross station

The good: The central location is ideal for those traveling to or from King's Cross and/or St Pancras or even Euston as I was one way on my journey (slightly further). The bathroom amenities of Scottish Fine Soaps hand wash and lotion were a really lovely choice and much appreciated. Management were quick to try and resolve an issue shortly after I highlighted it (see below) - the quick response was much appreciated, thank you again.

The not so good…The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in and not well equipped overall. I had stayed the previous week and unbeknownst to me had been allocated a family room (this is not what I had searched for and I'm pretty sure the rate I paid was not what it should've been for family as it was very reasonable - perhaps it was all that was available and as a fairly last minute booking I might've got a special rate). This time I was in a standard double and definitely won't consider this category again. The main thing that blew my mind and the biggest inconvenience was that there is literally nowhere to store anything or hang any garments, and no mention of this at the time of booking! Not only no wardrobe, but no hangers/rail/hooks except one hook on the bathroom door - no shelves, no drawers. Unbelievable. I did message the property upon arrival to address this and they made every effort to try and provide me with hangers (I was even planning to hang items from the picture frame it was so desperate). Unfortunately they could provide me with literally one hanger only, however I did appreciate the quick response to my request - management personally came to acknowledge my dissatisfaction and apologize for the inconvenience. I would have still considered booking again in the future had it not been for the fire alarm abruptly waking me on my last morning at 05:45am - that part may have been out of anyone's control - what was unacceptable was that after waiting outside at the assembly point for awhile with no communication whatsoever, four of us made our way to the front of the building to find out what was going on as we could see no genuine fire hazard, only to find that the other residents had made their way back inside, with one informing us they'd been told they could return. It would have been nice if a staff member had made the effort to check the assembly point and inform us of the situation plus account for...
