The location was convenient to walk to many places. The Imbi monorail Station outside of the Times Square Building was a plus.

The apartment had small cockroaches running around climbing on beds and bathroom. Lights were not working in sitting room and main entrance way. Making the whole apartment dim despite asking it to be fix. TV was also not working. WiFi was down on 1st day. We paid for 5 paxs but got less of towels, water bottles, toilet rolls. Shower heads needs replacement as the water was spraying on ceiling n elsewhere. Bathroom shower area floor was dingy n water leaked out to floors made it so slippery n dangerous. Wall had splatters of orange red stains. Overall old furniture fittings that had seen better times. Seriously need fumigation.

Shopping mail and big swimming pool

Value for money as with the room rates and it was located conveniently within shopping area....public transportation was right next to it too

Paper work like issuing of receipts so as not to cause dispute in terms of claiming back deposit....extra room card keys to be issue so as not to cause inconvenience
