Everything was good and on point the staff was excellent and made me feel like home

Property was pretty and nice I love everything about it

The service was very poor the first room the A.C. wasn't cold they couldn't find the remote for it every movie on the TV was jumping . They put us in a different room the A.C. was better but when we went to bed the bedhead was shakey the bed was hard this morning we went for tea they looked lost like they don't know what we were talking about and then one of them said that it's in the room but they didn't have any cups in there for the tea or coffee .

Ac wasn't working, it was extremely hot and I had to reprogram the key every time I need to get back in the room

Extremely noisy from Night Club next door which we should have been advised of

Close to the airport. And to have a beach bath.

Terrible odours coming from the bath,toilet and sink . The room was not aired out prior to arrival, but was hot and smelly the AC was off. No utensil like eg ..tea cup plates knives and forks. Had to be asking. Keep hitting head on ceiling. There seems to be construction going on. The welcome reception could have been more welcoming.
