Que en el check-out tengas que pagar para dejar tus mochilas esa mañana, ya que la hora de salida es muy temprano (10 am)

Good price. Friendly staff. Although there was no breakfast they supplied lots of options for free hot and cold drinks. The soup was very tasty. The amenities were good quality. Close to tourist sites and shopping in Kanazawa.

Not a negative, but a comment. There is no specific room for luggage storage, so you have to pay to hold it behind reception. It is very cheap at 200 yen per bag, so you can't complain.

This hotel was a really pleasant surprise! We honestly didn’t expect to like it as much as we did. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the reception area was great. There is a common area where you can relax and enjoy complimentary drinks, coffee, tea and more. What really surprised us was the huge selection of complimentary amenities available, including pyjamas, toothbrushes, combs, makeup remover, face and body creams, and pretty much everything you could need for your stay. There is also a laundry room, which was very convenient. Washing and drying cost around ¥500 in total, which we found very reasonable. We were also pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. We expected it to be much smaller, but we were able to open all our luggage comfortably — we had two large suitcases and two carry-ons. The bathroom is a little small, but perfectly functional, with a bathtub, sink and toilet, so everything you need is there. The bed in the Economy room isn’t a full-size double, but more like a small double, which was absolutely fine for us. There is also a small desk. The location isn’t right in the main tourist district of Kanazawa, but we could still easily walk to places like the market and Kanazawa Castle, so it wasn’t a problem for us at all. And honestly, the price was incredible — we paid around €35 for one night, which is amazing value for money. Overall, everything was clean, comfortable and well organised, and all the little extras made the stay even better. For the price we paid, we really couldn’t ask for more and would happily stay here again.

The only thing that disappointed us was the parking. It costs ¥1,700 for 24 hours, and we had expected parking to be free for hotel guests. Apart from that, everything was great.
