Very big room and huge comfortable bed! Loved the lightnings and bathroom design! The staff is lovely. The breakfast is amazing and various options. The location is good as well, walking distance to the main attractions. The complementary drinks were delicious 😊 We will definitely stay here again!

大浴場　ジム　コインランドリー　自販機　室内シャワー　（浴槽はない）　室内トイレ🚽設備が整っていた。 ウェルカムドリンク🥤もありました。 片町に近いので食事も歩いていけました。 駐車場はホテルに９台　（2000円）ホテルの前にもありました。朝食もたべれました。

The public bath is nice.

The room was convenient, but the walls are very thin. You can hear customers and cleaners in the other rooms. When we were there, it had snowed a lot. The staff didn’t bother to clean up the entrance of the hotel. They only removed the snow from the parking entrance. This is strange, other places such as restaurants and the Lawson convenience store had removed the snow to facilitate access to their premises.

Room: VERY spacious, comfortable, modern and very clean. More than enough room for two people with luggage. Breakfast: VERY generous buffet breakfast with both Western and Japanese options. The dining area is very beautiful, modern and spacious. There were several mini cake/desserts in the morning and they were delicious! Lobby: Lounge area is quiet and relaxing. There are free refreshments (water, tea, coffee) available during certain times of the day. There is also a small gift/souvenir area. Parking: We parked in the small parking lot next the hotel. While the hotel has limited parking, there were no spots available for our car when we arrived. Luckily, there is lots of parking nearby.

There is nothing we didn't like :) It was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.

Great location. We were able to walk to all the tourist locations. Restaurants were all walkable. Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Great value for money. Short taxi ride from station. Definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Kanazawa.

Nothing. Minor point- not enough umbrellas on rainy day. They should be available in guest rooms and not at reception as not enough.

Very clean, room is large. Breakfast is really good. 5 minutes walk from the bus stattion. Samurai district is 10 minutes walk. Strongly recommend.

Nice clean rooms, good amenities, helpful staff. Beds comfortable.

Unfortunately it was quite noisy. Despite being on a high floor we could still hear a lot of traffic.
